In Part 1 of our Foundations for Building your Personal and Work Resilience, over six different sessions, you will learn some interesting facts about resilience, be introduced to some wellbeing models and tools, and have a chance to reflect and put into practice new-found awareness around your own personal and work mental wellbeing and fitness.
 
Over the six sessions we will explore the following:
 
Personal Resilience
  • Influence and power: Looking at what is within your power to change. We'll be introducing to your neural pathways and how your brain works, as well as the Saboteur Assessment.
  • Finding your purpose and passion: Defining your goals and taking time to dream.  We'll introduce you to creating 'ta'dahs' and not 'to-dos' as well as helping you work on your strengths.
  • Follow your ABCs: Exploring the foundations for personal resilience and putting a plan in place.  You'll be reminded of your oxygen mask, what are mindful moments and how to incorporate them into your day.
Work Resilience
  • Safety, Belonging and Dignity: Build a healthy corporate culture that promotes inclusion & safety.  In this session you'll be introduced to the ABCD model and concepts around trust.
  • Resilience and Change: How to navigate organizational changes with a resilient mindset.  We'll be considering Growth Mindsets and the power of yes and no.
  • Joyous Resilience: Cultivating aliveness to thrive in stressful times. Here we'll be looking at the importance of optimism and altruism.
Whilst we have laid out the sessions from Personal to Work Resilience, you can start at any point that feels relevant to you.  Take as much time as you need as the course is available to you for 12 months on registration.
